Panera Bread in Elmwood Park, IL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests with warmth and helping assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care across production, prep, service, and cashier areas.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic food safety understanding and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move assisting guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
