Earthbar is seeking a General Manager to lead a location inside Equinox Gyms. You will drive operational excellence, guest experience, and a health-focused culture.

You’ll embed Earthbar values, supervise shifts, manage inventory, and coach baristas and supervisors to unlock potential. CFPM required, 2+ years mgmt experience, able to lift 50 lbs; flexible schedule. Health benefits, product discounts, and a defined career path are offered.

As a General Manager, you are the business and cultural leader of your location, driving operational excellence while championing a lifestyle of health and wellness. Your responsibilities are focused in the following key areas:

Position requirements

• Possess an active state Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification
• At least 2 years of restaurant or retail general management experience.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, work in close physical proximity to team members, and occasionally handle a walk-in cooler environment.
• Ability tolift upto 50lbscomfortably.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays)—knowing that the latest you will ever be off is still early compared to traditional restaurants!
