Earthbar, located on-site inside Equinox Gyms, is seeking a part-time Leader to welcome guests, craft nutritious beverages, and maintain a pristine service bar. You’ll join a health-conscious community and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused culture.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and a passion for nutrition. Expect a dynamic schedule and opportunities to develop leadership skills while enjoying health perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Food Handler Certification.
• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail Leader experience.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and work in close proximity to team members.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warm, authentic energy and build genuine relationships with club members.
• Prepare high-grade smoothies, bowls, and wellness shots with precision and speed.
• Keep the bar pristine and fully stocked, manage inventory and cash handling with attention to detail.
• Support one-person shifts when needed with strong time management and independence.
