Job summary

Nbutexas in Glendale, CA seeks a General Manager for a bakery/cafe to lead a friendly team, engage with the community, and ensure smooth operations with great coffee and pastries.

You will drive hiring, training, and financial performance across dine-in, take-out, delivery, and catering, while leveraging hospitality tech for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe.
• Experience with hiring and training staff.
• Proven financial management including cost controls and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with hospitality tech platforms like 7shifts or Toast.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams (dine-in, take-out, delivery, catering).
• Coffee experience is a plus.

Cafe General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

• 3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
• Proven track record of financial management (cost controls, sales growth, profit growth)
• Experience in hospitality technology platforms (7shifts,Toast, inventory management, or similar)
