A leading adventure park company in Cincinnati is seeking a Café BOH/FOH Team Member to serve guests with food and drinks. Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred.
• Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant/quick service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently with food and drink.
• Give advice and recommendations on products.
• Ensure adequate stock levels in the Café area.
• Manage queues and exceed guest expectations.
• Keep the Café and surrounding areas tidy.
• Handle guest complaints appropriately.
