Job summary

A leading indoor adventure park company in Cordova is seeking a Café BOH/FOH Team Member responsible for serving food and drinks. The role requires a friendly and engaging personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include assisting guests, managing hygiene standards, and maintaining stock levels. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and preferably hold a food handling certification. Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred.
• Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate highest standards of guest relations and care when assisting guests.
• Give advice, guidance, and recommendations on products and menu selection.
• Maintain clean and tidy Café areas including tables and dishes.
• Handle guest complaints and report feedback to Leadership Team.
