Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce hot and cold foods for retail sale.
• Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, and meats for retail.
• Set up café areas and restock supplies.
• Monitor and document food temperatures; report out-of-compliance items.
• Monitor refrigeration, dishwasher, and heating units; document temperatures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary café areas and equipment.
• Wrap, label, and date food items; rotate stock.
• Prepare beverages and maintain beverage machines.
• Assist in other areas as requested.
