Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all trainings and assessments; must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Food Safety Certification, Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operates and sanitizes equipment; manages inventory; ensures quality and date control; resolves member issues and assists with purchases.
• Leads with brand advocacy; fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment; supports training and performance improvement opportunities.
• Completes work by following policies and using data/resources; communicates progress and plans; adapts to change and feedback.
