Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Freehold, NJ is hiring a team member to keep up-to-date with prepared food product specs, assist customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll learn and apply food safety standards, manage inventory, operate equipment, and use handheld devices to drive sales and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Preferred: Food Safety Certification and Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and educate associates.
• Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, assist customers, and manage orders.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, and resolve member issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support training and teamwork.
• Follow policies and communicate progress and improvement opportunities.
