Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Food Safety Certification, Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications, plans for future productions, adheres to food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales, support production, ordering, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate and supports training others in a respectful, team-oriented style.
