Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Hialeah/Miami Lakes is seeking Crew Members to provide excellent hospitality and fast, friendly service. You will prepare ingredients, assemble food and smoothies, handle cash at the register, and ensure a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Experience in restaurant or barista roles is preferred, with availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. This fast-paced cafe emphasizes teamwork, positive energy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Food service: 1 year (Required)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred not required)
• Must be able to work day shifts, nights shifts, and weekends including holidays!

Responsibilities

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafes’ standards.
• Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders and handling cash.
