Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications and plans for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and inventory management.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for decisions on production and orders.
• Stocks and rotates merchandise, ensuring quality and date control; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and supports training to keep team engaged and aligned with company policies.
