MOKAS Coffee & Eatery, a JRI Hospitality Brand, is seeking Cook Team Members to prepare high-quality food and drinks to our standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will work across stations, deliver meals with care, and help maintain cleanliness and safety while providing friendly service. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities to grow, with pay ranging from $10.00 to $11.00 per hour plus tips.

Formación

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility during the work shift, have good balance, and be able to bend and kneel.
• Lift and move items up to 30 pounds.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Willingness to work all stations including lobby, front register, drive-thru, and kitchen positions.

• Attentive in the Restaurant, sensing customer needs and keeping their manager and fellow team members informed on an ongoing basis.
• A collaborative team member, always willing to play a role in making the work environment a warm and welcoming place.
• Recognizes how critical cleanliness and safety are to the Guest experience, the quality of the product and the success of the Restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older. Successful team members consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 per hour - $11.00 per hour per hour + Tips
