Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Team Member Cafe Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and plate guest orders per production standards, ensuring quality and timely service in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with PM availability preferred. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing.
• Set up the station by obtaining equipment and materials needed and prepare the station for service.
• Maintain temperature control, HACCP logs, dating, labeling and rotation of all food items.
• Coordinate with Sous Chefs and Executive Sous Chef regarding menu items, shortages or issues.
• Ensure an adequate supply of materials for the shift and assist in procurement as needed.
• Work all shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays, in a loud, fast-paced environment.
