Job summary

Bonton Farms, a social enterprise in Dallas, is seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our Social Enterprise Flex Team. This part-time role supports Market Café and Coffee House operations during high-volume periods, events, and staffing coverage needs.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work across multiple service areas while delivering excellent guest experiences in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in café and coffee house environments.
• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and support food delivery to tables.
• Bus and reset tables promptly to maintain guest flow and presentation.
• Support food and beverage preparation as assigned.
• Assist with coffee and beverage service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Restock products, condiments, and service supplies.
• Maintain clean dining, service, and guest-facing areas.
• Support dishwashing, sanitation, and side work as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Position Summary

Bonton Farms is seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our Social Enterprise Flex Team, supporting operations across the Market Café and Coffee House during high-volume periods, peak business days, special events, and staffing coverage needs. This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexible part-time work, supplemental income, or hospitality experience in a mission-driven environment. Team members in this role are cross-trained to support multiple service areas and help ensure excellent guest experiences during busy operational periods.

Scheduling Model

This is a flexible part-time position designed to support high-demand operational periods.

• Have prior hospitality, café, restaurant, barista, or customer service experience preferred
• Are dependable and responsive when scheduled
