Job summary

Colectivo Coffee is seeking a Café Co-Worker to join our Evanston café team. You’ll welcome guests, prepare coffee and specialty beverages to our standards, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a clean, inviting space.

This role blends hospitality with cup craftsmanship and daily café upkeep. You'll learn our products, quality standards, and procedures while contributing to a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• A love for hospitality rooted in human connection.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you'll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You'll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.
