Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. operates a Café at IU School of Medicine and is seeking friendly, motivated cashiers to join the team. The role involves handling cash, serving guests, and keeping the station clean; shifts run from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM with varying schedules.

Starting rate is $13 an hour and up, with weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Vaccination documentation or an exemption may be required; a supportive, fast-paced environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to grooming standards.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Maintains station per cafe guidelines and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to handle cash transactions and follow cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stand or walk for extended periods while serving customers.
• Prepare dishes and manage food safety and sanitation.
• Operate restaurant equipment and assist in barista/cashier duties.
