Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is hiring friendly, motivated barista/cashier staff for our Café at the IU School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with hours from 6 AM to 7 PM and flexible scheduling.

You will prepare beverages, educate guests on menus, handle POS transactions, and provide warm, efficient service. We offer weekly pay, training, discounts, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to grooming standards.
• Sets up station according to cafe guidelines.
• Prepares all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows portion control and presentation specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to shifts from 6 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items following cafe guidelines.
• Educate guests on drink menus and make recommendations.
• Process cash, debit, and credit transactions on the POS system; balance the drawer.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and upsell items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the shift.
