Responsibilities

• Assist the Server in all aspects of service, in a quick and efficient manner.
• Greet Guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Serve drinks on a tray and bus tables at the conclusion of Guests' meals by wiping tables, chairs, and booth seats.
• Inspect the entire floor area and ensure it is clean.
• Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness.
• Ensure supplies inside stations are stocked and clean.
