Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is hiring a Barista to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and pastries, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership cafe. The position offers a base hourly wage and opportunities for growth within the group.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends. Training is provided and safety standards are followed in all beverage and food preparation tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a food handlers license.
• Have a valid CA Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service; take orders accurately and efficiently.
