Job summary

Texas Health Mansfield is hiring for a full-time cafe associate to prepare and serve beverages and meals, maintain stations, operate the cash register, and support patient meal delivery. You will keep the cafe clean and stocked, following safety standards throughout the shift.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ coffee shop experience, strong customer service and teamwork, with a flexible schedule. Benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ coffee shop experience required.
• Barista training preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and maintain café stations throughout the day, ensuring items are attractively displayed, fully stocked, and ready for service.
• Operate the cash register to process transactions accurately, handle payments, and follow proper cash-handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all café areas and equipment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Support kitchen operations as needed by assisting with food prep and delivering patient meals.
• Other duties as assigned.
