Salary Range: $45,000 - $100,000 annually

Job Summary

The Cafe Barista is responsible for fulfilling orders, completing sales transactions, and supporting café operations including cleaning, inventory maintenance, and customer service. Demonstrates Pete’s Market Four Pillars: Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Service.

Essential Functions

1. Prepare espresso and coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards.
2. Provide friendly, sincere, and respectful customer service.
3. Assist customers by guiding them, loading/unloading items, and helping retrieve products.
4. Operate coffee-making equipment safely and properly, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment.
6. Follow production schedules, prioritize tasks, and take direction effectively.
7. Attend employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
8. Comply with all food safety, safety regulations, and company policies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
