Main Event Entertainment in Frisco, TX is seeking a Café Attendant to provide fast, friendly service and help Guests choose quick bites while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will greet Guests, suggest menu items, prepare items to recipe standards, and ensure accurate orders. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset with customer service orientation.
• Teamwork is essential to success in the role.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.

• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guests' needs.
• Process payment transactions and greet Guests as they return.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
