Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock Grab & Go food items while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and café items.
• Operate the POS system and process guest transactions accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and answer questions about café offerings.
• Keep front counter, beverage station, seating areas, and café clean and inviting.
• Stock condiments, paper products, beverages, and cafe supplies.
• Complete opening and closing duties per company standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Assist team members and perform additional duties to support café operations.
