Job summary

Tetherow Resort in Bend, Oregon, is hiring for Café Staff on a seasonal basis. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and prepare and serve food and beverages, delivering phenomenal service in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll use a POS system, maintain a clean Café and pool area, follow health department guidelines, and enjoy benefits like a 401(k) with company match and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic food and beverage service standards.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, adventurous and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide phenomenal service and ensure guest satisfaction for all members and guests
• Greet guests, take orders, and prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous and accurate manner
• Use a POS system to ring in orders and close out sales through cash, credit card, or member/guest accounts
• Sustain a neat and clean work environment, bussing tables in the Café and pool area
• Maintain health department guidelines
• Communicate with management regarding alcohol and non-alcohol supply levels and inventory
