Main Event is hiring a Café Attendant to warmly greet guests, familiarize them with the menu, prepare quick-service items, and ensure accurate orders. You will deliver food and drinks promptly, handle payments, and help with opening/closing duties while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll be part of a fun, inclusive team with opportunities to grow, enjoy employee perks, and contribute to a lively entertainment environment where guests create memories.

Formación

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You're an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and greet all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
