Atrium Hospitality's Albuquerque Embassy Suites is seeking a part-time café associate to greet guests and prepare coffee and light food items.

You will keep the café tidy, share menu knowledge, and handle transactions accurately while following safety standards. Flexible availability and a friendly, upbeat attitude are expected; prior guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays.
• Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant.
