The role includes food preparation according to specifications, inventory and cold chain oversight, equipment operation, and using handheld tech to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively and adapts to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future production and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, and trainings; adapts to new tools and promotes usage.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; assists members with purchases and issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as brand advocate; supports a respectful, team-oriented environment; helps train others and remove roadblocks.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; applies policies in business processes.
• Completes work by using policies and data; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; meets deadlines and improves processes.
