Responsibilities

• Works alongside GM to achieve all goals related to Sales, COGs, Labor, and Pace.
• Participates in inventory, invoice, payroll, and schedule submission.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment for team members and guests.
• Seeks to continually expand knowledge in hospitality and specialty coffee.
• Inspires passion and engagement across all teams.
