Job summary

Christian Faith Center is seeking a motivated Cafe Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Your main goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensure satisfaction with products and services. You will work closely with the Cafe Manager to complete tasks efficiently, handle cash and card transactions, and support inventory management

About the Role:

As a Cafe Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a cafe or food service environment
• Barista training or certification
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
