Job summary

Travis County is seeking a Business Analyst III to support the CAFA program in the Counsel at First Appearance. You will coordinate court processes, provide technical help to judges and participants, and manage CAFA coordinators and interpreters. Evening, weekend, and holiday rotations are required.

Responsibilities include courtroom tech setup, docket reviews for language needs, TEAMS coordination, and training direction. Work hours are 8am-5pm with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • MCSE Certification, CNA Certification, CNE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced IT and court operations support for judges and staff.
  • Maintain order during CAFA magistration hearings.
  • Coordinate CAFA TEAMS meetings and court coordination.
  • Manage CAFA Magistration hearing schedules and Zoom setup.
  • Provide on-site desktop support outside core hours as needed.
