Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Working as the Catering Executive Sous Chef at Manhattanville University, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department, reporting to the Campus Executive Chef. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You will also work as the culinary catering lead, which includes developing catering menus for unique and recurring events held on and off campus. You will supervise hourly associates and work with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional!
