Job summary

Goken is seeking an experienced CAE engineer to support durability and fatigue analysis of suspension components. You will preprocess with Hypermesh/Ansa, run Abaqus analyses, and report countermeasures using Hyperworks.

The role requires correlating simulations with test data and traveling to client sites as needed. Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background with 3–5 years of relevant experience (or a master's with 1+ years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3–5 years relevant experience or Master's degree in Engineering with 1+ years relevant experience.
• Engineering specializations: Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing.
• Experience with CAE tools Hypermesh and Abaqus is required.
• Experience with nCode or FEMFAT is required.
• Experience with durability and fatigue analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Use Hypermesh and Ansa for preprocessing and meshing.
• Perform dynamic/static, linear/nonlinear analyses using Abaqus.
• Interpret data, develop and report countermeasures using Hyperworks for post processing.
• Optimize and correlate analyses with real-world test results.
• Communicate milestones and issues within and outside the group.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems independently or with guidance.
• Apply best practices to improve products and processes.
• Use Excel to create and update project schedules.
• Travel to client site required.
