Responsibilities
Develop Strength and Durability of vehicle bodies, closures and components by combining finite element analysis, multibody dynamic simulation and fatigue analysis.
Work with cross functional groups to meet project milestones and targets.
Determine physical phenomena based on test results, measurements or simulation results to determine best structure or simulation method.
Work with related groups to develop light weight structures that meet durability, strength and other requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
2-3 Years of experience in reliability simulation (Body, Closure and Chassis) using Finite Element Analysis, Multibody Dynamics, Fatigue
Demonstrated Teamwork and leadership capability
Experience in fatigue, mechanics
Need experience using Nastran Abaqus and Ansa
