Job summary

A leading technology firm in the automotive sector is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Lead with expertise in NVH & Durability modeling. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include building models using CAE tools and managing project deliverables. Full-time role with benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of NVH & Durability modeling experience.
• Experience in linear, non-linear & dynamic structural FEA modeling.
• Familiarity with FEA/fatigue simulation software packages.

Responsibilities

• Build NVH / Durability models using CAE tools.
• Run NVH / Durability simulations and postprocess results.
• Develop and present detailed reports during customer meetings.
