Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience required.
• GM experience required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems.
• Use modern diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain required manufacturer training standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes.
• Protect customer vehicles and treat them with care.
