  • Nurture relationships to build a loyal clientele.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
  • Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Understand product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
  • Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to generate referral business.
  • Overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and reviews.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day.
