Job summary

Q&A Diversified LLC seeks an experienced CADD Specialist to provide CADD, BIM, and geospatial support to the U.S. Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division.

You will translate field data, engineering requirements, and existing facility information into drawings, models, maps, and other technical products. The role collaborates with engineers, planners, facility personnel, and Government stakeholders to support military facilities, infrastructure modernization, construction, renovation, sustainment,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, GIS, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience supporting CADD, BIM, GIS, or related engineering information-management environments.
• Strong proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and experience developing engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CADD drawings, engineering plans, facility layouts, utility drawings, and other technical documents using Bentley MicroStation.
• Produce accurate CADD files from field sketches, survey information, and redlines.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations supporting planning and stakeholder communication.
• Update floor plans to reflect current conditions and space utilization.
• Support integration of CADD, BIM, GIS data across information-management systems.
