Job summary

The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising seeks a CAD/BIM Designer in New York. In this role, you will support Transit Engineers and Project Managers by creating drawings and models using CAD software, maintaining client standards, and developing construction quantities.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical school degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of standard CAD software including AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Transit Engineers with CAD drawings and designs.
• Maintain client-specific CAD standards.
• Create 3D models of freight railroad projects.
