Overview

The CADC Counselor provides substance use counseling to individuals navigating addiction, recovery, and co-occurring challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use counseling
• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal programs, referral partners, and care teams
• Support clients in harm reduction, recovery planning, and relapse prevention
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards
