Job summary

Acumed is seeking a Cadaver Lab Manager in Hillsboro, Oregon to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Acumed Learning Center cadaveric facility. You will manage scheduling, inventory, safety protocols, and staff training to ensure readiness for training activities.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in a cadaver lab and strong customer-interaction skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience (2+ years lab experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for higher responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and manage Bioskills Lab staff with performance feedback.
• Manage cadaveric lab scheduling, setup, cleanup, and course readiness.
• Order, prepare, inventory, and coordinate cadaveric specimens per requirements.
• Maintain lab inventory, instruments, PPE, and lab supplies; restock as needed.
• Coordinate lab vendors, repairs, maintenance, and payments.
