Job summary

Gateway Engineers, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CAD/Drafter to join our civil engineering team in Pittsburgh. You will learn and contribute by designing and reviewing drawings, under guidance from senior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in CAD or equivalent and is eager to learn, travel to project sites, and grow within a multi-office firm that values hands-on development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Design and review drawings and adhere to company drawing standards.
• Quality control checks and plan production.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Willing to learn and grow within Gateway Engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support various practice areas.
• Design and review drawings using AutoCAD according to company standards.
• Assist with quality control checks and production of project plans.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support field work.
