Responsibilities include:

• Performing CAD drafting services for transportation structure projects
• Coordinate with project manager to perform CAD QA/QC on projects
• Assist engineers with design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
• Assist in the analysis, preparation or modifications of reports, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits
• Assist with design computations, cost estimates and quantity estimates
• Visit clients and project sites

A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.

Successful candidates must have:

Associate degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution OR two years of relevant experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk, MicroStation or similar.
• Familiarity with plan production requirements.
• Positive, self-driven attitude.
• Ability to prioritize organize assigned tasks.
• Applicable design experience preferred. BIM, Bentley ORD & OBM 3D Modeling experience preferred.
• AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Survey field to finish projects
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
