Qualifications

• Experience with civil sitework and construction workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans.

• Educational background in civil-related field; CAD exposure preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D surface models and linework from engineered plans.
• Interpret civil plans, profiles, and existing CAD files for build-ready models.
• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation per company standards.
• Support continual improvement of digital modeling practices.
