GeoEngineers, Inc. in Springfield, MO is hiring a CAD Technician to assist in producing figures and design drawings for civil and environmental projects.
You will work with CAD Staff to develop drawings for engineers and scientists in an entry-level position that supports multiple projects. This role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), basic AutoCAD/Civil 3D knowledge, and the ability to follow instructions and meet tight deadlines.
The CAD Technician is responsible for assisting in the production of figures and design drawings. This position partners with CAD Staff to develop drawings for engineers and scientists. This is an entry level technician position that supports a variety of projects.

Our best estimate of the hourly rate for this position is $62,000 – $82,000. This is a non-exempt position, and the employee will be compensated for overtime hours worked over 40 per week at the rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers’ hourly rates are reviewed and updated each year, and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
