Job summary

Walter P Moore is seeking a Junior CAD Technician to support engineers and CAD teams in Civil 3D tasks and AutoCAD 2D standards. You will learn company CAD standards within the first month with guidance from senior technicians and contribute to project exhibits and reports.

As you progress over the initial months, you will assist the civil team on CAD-related work and may help update styles or templates. Strong foundational AutoCAD 2D skills are required, with Civil 3D familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• ITI-Draftsman/Diploma in engineering with minimum 60% marks.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D.
• 1–2 years experience in AutoCAD 2D is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Learning all WPM CAD standards and Civil 3D within first month with the help of senior CAD technicians
• Assisting engineers and CAD technicians in daily Civil 3D tasks on projects
• Assisting team leads for creating exhibits and reports
• Assisting civil team in any CAD related work on projects
• Assisting CAD manager for creating new styles or template updates
• Being proficient in all Civil 3D tasks within 6 months
