Job summary

Walter P Moore is seeking an entry-level CAD Technician/Draftsman to join our engineering team in the United States. You will learn WPM CAD standards and Civil 3D, assist engineers and CAD technicians on Civil 3D tasks, and help create exhibits and reports.

The role emphasizes proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, basic Civil 3D knowledge, and rapid skill development within six months, with supportive mentorship from senior technicians. Competitive compensation and growth across our offices are offered.

Qualifications

• ITI‑Draftsman/Diploma in engineering with good marks.
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D and CAD standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn all WPM CAD standards and Civil 3D within first month with senior support.
• Assist engineers and CAD technicians in daily Civil 3D tasks on projects.
• Assist team leads for creating exhibits and reports.
• Assist civil team in any CAD related work on projects.
• Assist CAD manager for creating new styles or template updates.
• Become proficient in all Civil 3D tasks within 6 months.
