Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using CAD software in a space planning, facilities planning, architectural, or related environment.
• Experience creating office layouts, workstation plans, furniture plans, or occupancy plans.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain office space plans using CAD software.
• Design layouts for desks, cubicles, offices, collaboration areas, and support spaces.
• Support office remodels, moves, and furniture replacement or upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with facilities, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand space requirements.
• Ensure layouts maximize functionality, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Update floor plans and maintain accurate space planning documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting internal clients and project stakeholders.
