Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication Southwest in Phoenix, AZ seeks a detailer to create rebar shop drawings, coordinate material deliveries, and coordinate between sales, estimating, contractor, and fabrication teams. The role supports production timelines and compliance with industry standards.

The candidate should have CAD experience and the ability to read technical drawings, with preference for a CAD drafting certificate and familiarity with CRSI/ACI standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret details accurately.
• At least 1 year of experience as a rebar detailer using CAD and Windows-based software.
• Familiarity with CRSI & ACI standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create rebar shop drawings and coordinate deliveries of all contracted materials.
• Review drawings, dates, specs, addenda, and other contractual information.
• Liaise between sales, estimating, placer, contractor, fabrication team and design disciplines.
