• Receives operational calls and messages by police radio, telephone and CAD.
• Dispatches additional police units on trouble calls as directed.
• Maintains an operational log and relays messages between units and other departments.
• Enters, updates and retrieves information using the CAD system.
• Prepares reports and maintains records as required.
• Performs related work as required.
